About Lottie Letters

Lottie Letters is a monthly mail club that posts letters and other paper goods to subscribers worldwide. It is operated by Charlotte Galvin as a sole trader, based primarily in Western Australia (ABN: 56290819058).

Subscriptions

By subscribing, you agree to the following:

1. Ongoing subscriptions are offered on a monthly rolling basis and renew automatically each month on your billing date unless cancelled

2. Fixed 6-month and 12-month gift subscriptions are pre-paid and finish at the end of the respective term

3. New subscriptions are accepted between the 1st–23rd of each month

4. Letters are posted between the 24th–28th of each month

By subscribing, you confirm you are 18 years of age or older, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.

Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of postage. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. By providing your payment details, you authorise Stripe to charge your payment method for your subscription amount at each billing interval. Current pricing:

• Monthly: $24.00 AUD per month

• 6 Months: $144.00 AUD one time

• 12 Months: $288.00 AUD one time

Full pricing is listed on our website. All subscribers are charged in AUD; your bank or card provider will convert to your local currency at the prevailing rate.

Lottie Letters is an Australian business, which means international subscribers may notice a small foreign transaction fee applied by their bank or card provider. This is charged by your bank, not by us — we never see or receive it. The fee and whether it applies will vary depending on your bank, so it's worth checking with them if you're unsure. If you have any questions, you're always welcome to get in touch.

Cancellation

You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time, for any reason — no questions asked. To cancel, log into your Lottie Letters account to make the changes, or email hello@lottleletters.com before the 23rd of the month and your subscription will be cancelled before that month's letter is posted. If you cancel between the 24th–31st of the month, you will receive and be charged for that month's letter, and the subscription will end afterwards. For pre-paid bundles (6-month or 12-month), you can request a cancellation at any time. Letters already paid for will continue to be sent for the remainder of the prepaid period. Refunds for unused months within a prepaid period are offered at our discretion and in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Your responsibilities

To help us get your letter to you safely, you agree to:

1. Provide an accurate and complete postal/mailing address at the time of purchase

2. Notify us of any address changes before the 23rd of the month by emailing hello@lottleletters.com or updating your details in your Lottie Letters account

3. Ensure your postal/mailing address is a valid address that can accept standard postal mail

Lottie Letters is not responsible for letters lost or delayed due to an incorrect address provided by the subscriber.

Intellectual property

All content created by Lottie Letters — including letters, illustrations, designs, and website content — is the intellectual property of Charlotte Galvin / Lottie Letters. You're welcome to share photos of your letters on social media (we'd love that!) but please don't reproduce or resell our content without our permission.

Limitation of liability

Lottie Letters' liability is limited to the value of the subscription payment for the relevant month. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our service. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia. Your local consumer protection laws may also apply, and nothing in these terms is intended to override those rights.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll let subscribers know by email. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
