Every cornflower blue envelope holds a copy of that month’s handwritten letter, a high-quality print of one of my artworks (which doubles as a postcard), and two linen-finish paper wonders that act as daily inspiration and practical tools for a healthier, calmer, more vibrant life. Every month brings unexpected delights!
For the monthly subscription, you create an account at checkout and are billed on the same date each month in exchange for a monthly Lottie Letter. If you choose a 6-month or 12-month gift option, it’s one upfront payment for 6 or 12 letters (one posted each month)
Absolutely! Lottie Letters make for a special gift. Just use your loved one’s delivery details at checkout. You can pay on a rolling monthly subscription or treat them to a 6-month or 12-month bundle (one posted each month) by making a one-time payment
Each order can only contain one item as it’s connected to a single postage address. If you would like to treat multiple loved ones, please do separate orders
New subscriptions open between the 1st-23rd of every month and I post Lottie Letters between the 24th-28th of every month using standard, untracked shipping. Local addresses usually receive their letter within 3-8 days of shipping and international addresses usually receive their’s 2-6 weeks after shipping. Please consider this when you first sign up, as two payments can sometimes come out of your bank before the first letter arrives, but the next one is never far behind! The anticipation of a letter’s arrival is part of the magic, but if you’re concerned with the amount of time that passes, please email me at hello@lottieletters.com
Yes! Email me at hello@lottieletters.com before the 23rd of the month and I will change the postal address for that month’s letter onwards. If you have a monthly subscription, you can also change your details by logging into your account. Please take an extra moment to check you’ve entered the correct postal address when you purchase to reduce the chance of missed mail
If you have a monthly subscription, you can cancel at any time, for any reason. Just email me before the 23rd of the month, and I will cancel that month’s letter and your subscription. You can also log into your account and cancel that way. If you cancel between the 24th-31st of the month, you will still be charged for and sent that month’s letter, but the subscription will end after that. Please note that the 6-month and 12-month bundles are a one-time payment only
None at all. Delivery is included in your subscription and all letters are kept within weight and size limits, so they are exempt from any charges
Lottie Letters is an Australian business, which means international subscribers may notice a small international transaction fee applied by their bank or card provider. This is charged by your bank, not by me — I never see or receive it. The fee and whether it applies will vary depending on your bank, so it's worth checking with them if you're unsure. Letters are good at finding their way, but if yours doesn’t arrive in the expected time frame, email me at hello@lottieletters.com and I will contact the post service. If a resolution can’t be found, I will refund or resend you that month’s letter
